Who We Serve
Rollins/dba Orkin Pest Control
On February 24, 2003 GRG initiated a 3 year Phase roll-out to install 5500 Geotab GO-2 GPS units in their Ford Ranger & F-150 P/Us. The installation involved 350 facility sites across the United States including Hawaii. GRG was also tasked with the installation of the Checkmate software and training throughout these facilities. During the 1st Phase of the installation, GRG was instructed to accelerate the installation & training from 3 years to 1 year. GRG accepted the challenge and successfully accomplished this major roll out in the one year time frame. Training on the Checkmate software was accomplished by dispatching a team of Trainers to each of the facilities as the installations were completed. In February 2004 the process was completed.
In 2006, GRG also was tasked with retrofitting the entire Orkin fleet with the GO-2 RF units, and again in October 2008, GRG was asked to upgrade the fleet to GO-3 RF.
U.S. Oil Co., Inc.
GRG was asked to complete the GO Live GPS installation of 125 Freightliner & International tanker trucks after another GPS project team failed to manage the project. GRG responded within a few days of acceptance and ordered all the GO Live units and accessories. GRG had the products shipped overnight to several U.S. Oil facilities located around the Green Bay, Wisconsin area. A GRG installation team hit the ground running and completed 125 GO Live installs within 5 days.
ORKIN PCO Services, Inc./ Canada
On June 1, 2006 GRG initiated an installation roll-out involving 431 Ford Rangers in 27 sites across Canada. GRG successfully completed the project later that year.
WE Energies
We Energies were referred to GRG through Geotab and Rollins after hearing of our successful roll-out of nearly 6000 Rollins vehicles. They needed a partner to handle the logistical roll-out and installation of their fleet. GRG took on the task of installing over 1200 units into WE’s fleet and successfully completed the roll-out in 2009. GRG and WE are still loyal partners and assist their up-fitting companies (DUECO and Northland Co.) with installing new GPS units into new vehicles.
Maui Electric
Maui Electric contacted GRG in 2009, after trying multiple GPS devices from other companies and having issues with cellular reception and customer service. The Hawaiian terrain is often not fit for cellular communication, and Maui needed a solution to insure they could monitor their vehicles regardless of geography. GRG was able to equip their fleet with hybrid GPS devices that could automatically switch to satellite communication when cellular communication was lost.
Admobile
Admobile came to GRG in 2010 looking for a way to monitor their mobile billboard trucks, to insure they were driving the correct routs and at the correct times, as a way to show customers their mobile advertisements are getting the most potential visibility. GRG was able to quickly provide Admobile with a cost-effective GPS tracking solution.
Aiken Electric
Aiken was referred to GRG in 2010, and GRG is currently retrofitting service vehicles on their request.
Jefferson County Health Department
Jefferson County has been a long-time GRG customer. They currently have nearly 100 vehicles equipped with GPS devices, and as they phase out old cars, are retrofitting their new vehicles with GPS devices.
Allgood Pest Solutions
Allgood Pest Solutions came to GRG after another company could not fulfill their customer service needs. While GRG did not install all of Allgood’s GPS devices, we did resolve all the issues the original installation company could not.
